By accepting and purchasing my artist commission services, you agree to all the conditions set forth below

I claim all rights to the commissioned artwork

Do NOT use my art for AI training, tracing, hate speech, NFT, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, etc.

I can refuse an order for any reason.

I do not accept commissions with insufficient descriptions or without reference images.

Altering or redrawing the final artwork without my consent is forbidden. I will gladly go back and do recolors, or small changes to correct your commission, you just have to ask!

Personal commissions: You cannot resell my art, make merch, or make any source of income directly from it.

Commercial commissions: An additional 50% fee will be added, but you can make merch, such as T-Shirts, posters, etc.

I will reach out to you through Email or through Twitter DMs for further inquiry about your commission! Any and all details are appreciated, the more details given, the better your artwork will be. You can include written descriptions, reference images, poses, color palettes, moodboards... Anything!!!

The time to complete the commission will vary depending on the complexity and my current waitlist, however I can estimate for simpler commissions it could be around 2 weeks, and for larger projects it might take several months.

Payments are made through PayPal in USD

I will invoice YOU for the cost, do not send a payment until I have invoiced YOU.

Refunds: I do NOT accept refunds, unless I initiate them. If you think, for any reason, you may need the money, please do not commission me!

If I have to refund your order, I will refund you in full, minus PayPal transaction fees.

In the first stage, the sketch of the commission will be delivered. This is the moment to make major changes, such as the composition, pose, elements, etc.
* It is allowed to sketch or edit my drawings to demonstrate corrections
* The first couple of major changes are free, but if I keep having to change something over and over it may result in additional fees.

Once the sketch is approved, I will start with the line art and render.
* I will no longer make major changes without additional fees.
* Minor changes, such as colors, can be made without a fee.

Once finished, the piece will go through your final review, and after approval, I will send you a Google Drive link with your final commission.

At the beginning of the commission, the files you will receive are listed.

All files will be delivered via Google Drive, where you can download them for up to 6 months, and afterwards WILL BE DELETED. Please keep back-ups of your commission locally!!!

If you are posting the art on socials, please don't forget to tag me! If the commission is for Twitch/Streaming, a simple link back to my Twitter page in your panels/bio will do!
